3. Cookies and analysis services

When you visit my online offering, I use cookies and analysis services. This data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f)

4. Hosting

I host my website with All-Inkl. The provider is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68 in 02742 Friedersdorf (hereinafter referred to as All-Inkl). The use of All-Inkl is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in ensuring that my website is displayed as reliably as possible. 5. Enquiries by email/contact form

If you send me enquiries by email and/or contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by me for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. I will not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, provided that your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on my legitimate interest in the effective processing of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; consent can be revoked at any time.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with me until you request me to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

6. Google reCAPTCHA

I use ‘Google reCAPTCHA’ (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (‘Google’), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

reCAPTCHA is used to check whether the data entered on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is entered by a human or by an automated programme. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. reCAPTCHA evaluates various information for the analysis (e.g. IP address, length of time spent on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not notified that an analysis is taking place.

The storage and analysis of data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offerings from abusive automated spying and spam. If consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. 7. SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries you send to me as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from ‘http://’ to ‘https://’ and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

8. Social media

I use the following social media plugins:

– Instagram: My website also uses social plugins (‘plugins’) from Instagram, which is operated by Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (‘Instagram’). The plugins are marked with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of an ‘Instagram camera’.

When a page on my website that contains such a plugin is accessed, the browser establishes a direct connection to Instagram’s servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Instagram to your browser and integrated into the page. This provides Instagram with the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged in to Instagram. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into Instagram, your visit to our website can be directly associated with your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the ‘Instagram’ button, this information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there. The information is also published on your Instagram account and displayed to your contacts there.

9. Processing of data (customer and contract data)

Insofar as personal data is processed by me on the basis of a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(1)(f), all customers have the right to object to the processing of their personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from their particular situation.
